The line is designed for milling pieces of different length within one packet.
Piece clamping is done by pressure controlled clamping elements placed vertically and horizontally.
Movement of milling table is frequency controlled and infinitely adjustable.
Glue application is done by a glue comb and membrane pump.
Pieces are moved by tilting or direct transfer. The infeed-line consists of a solid chain conveyor
and a spring mounted vertical chain conveyor.
Electronic measurement of the final cutting length is optional.
Feeding of the line can be realized by several different systems.
Automatic stacking device optional.
